I am a relational body psychotherapist who works near Honor Oak and Forest Hill in south east London. My practice is easily accessible from London Bridge, Catford, Sydenham, New Cross, Brockley, East Dulwich and further afield.
I have many years experience of supporting process, as a facilitator, workshop leader, and therapist. I have been, at various times, and sometimes altogether, a tutor of writing and language, a piano teacher, a gilder, a putter together of veg boxes, a mother, and a companion to a wise dog. I am interested in the imaginal, the liminal, and the marginal, in language as a form of embodiment, in dreaming and in wildness. My training and qualifications are in Embodied-Relational Therapy and Wild Therapy.
I am a body psychotherapist with a background in Deep Bodywork, Embodied Relational Therapy, Postural Integration, Authentic Movement and trauma work. I offer individual body psychotherapy sessions in Brighton and Hove. I've been working as a therapist for nearly 20 years - before that I was an environmental scientist and campaigner. I also offer a number of body-focused classes, workshops and trainings through the Brighton School for Embodied Therapy (BSET).
